You are responsible for paying all authorized charges associated with your service. Payment requirements and accepted payment methods will be communicated before or after the appointment.

When requesting mobile mechanic service, you agree to:

• Make sure the vehicle is legally and safely accessible at the scheduled location.
• Obtain permission from the property owner when service will be performed on property you do not own.

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, parts availability, earlier repairs, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation, travel, or missed-appointment fee may apply if the mechanic has already traveled to the location, purchased requested parts, or reserved substantial time for the appointment.

When you provide a telephone number, you authorize us to contact you about your service request, appointment, estimate, parts, repair status, payment, or follow-up questions.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to an automated text message to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase services. We do not sell your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties for their marketing.
